Daniel Hester is a artist/musician exploring and working in a variety of disciplines, currently focused on fine art, original folk music and nature photography.
As an artist, Daniel aims to create desirable pieces that not only have a decorative value but that are rich in historical and cultural value too. Many pieces are based off of archival photographs ranging from the late 19th century through to the late 20th century. He has a particular passion for making works that depict scenes of daily life, contain era defining imagery or that involve some forgotten cultural curiosity.
This exhibition acts as a curated archive of culture and expression presented through Daniel’s unique style of realism.
All of his works are done in pencil.
